Love +customer service is exceptional

This watch looks great, fashionable & classy. Besides that customer service has truely impressed me and stand by their customers. Just the time alone in accommodating me to make sure I'm happy has been very pleasing. & Wow Such a nice way to make my Fitbit look so generic. The fit is my favorite. It's comfortable and fits tight enough not to move around , but not to tight that it would be uncomfortable. And the customer service is very impressive, with which friendly responses. I definitely recommend these bands!

It was very easy to replace from the original band and even came with the pins that connect it to the fitbit. I have been wearing it for a week or so and so far there is no tarnishing and it has not turned my skin green. I''m very happy with it and will likely purchase the silver one too.
