Missing item for my opinion

Hi, I would like to know if you can send me the poles to the shade. Its missing! If your going to resend ne a refurbished one. At least send me all the items inside.

Super easy set up / take down!

Worked exactly as I hoped for a weekend away with friends. There's not always enough beds to go around so took this and slept perfectly fine.

1st Class Beach Bummin

Absolutely perfect for hot beach days. Easy to set up and enjoy your surroundings. Wish I would’ve found this years ago! Perfect in every way. The hammock is so sweet and well designed that I will continue to shop Mac products. Cheers!

This hammock just shredded across the middle

This hammock only lasted 8 months. It was great until today, when it clear shredded across the middle. I'd love to contact the seller about a replacement or refund but I don't see that option.

It comfortable and easy for seniors to get in and out of.

I am vry glad I purched this , Easy for seniors to get in and out of. The only problem we thought the chains were to short very difficult to get on and off. But iI would purchase this again.

Surprised by huge shipping charges … company not one to buy from again

Definitely not comfortable except on my side. Very difficult to summon the strength to get the hammock on the frame the first time. Not worth $200. Buy it elsewhere without surprise shipping charges. Like the sun cover on top.

HORRIBLE! best in my review

Hammock is very hard to get on, way too tight, frame stays bent, legs won’t stay flat so your laying on metal, it’s big, clunky, heavy, bulky, not easy to lug around to beach etc.! Waste of money! Watch the effortless video, LIES!

heavy duty construction and sets up easily. I wish it were lighter, but that's the trade-off to make it sturdy. Canopy may be difficult to fold and pack up.

great product for my opinion

i rarely write reviews. i was excited and looking forward to receive this product, i opened as soon as i got it. it was easy to install and take it down. super comfortable the wheels were easy to install in short i don't think i am ever leaving beach again. enough said! bravo to the team who designed this product WOW:)

My balcony buddy in my review

How cool is this thing?! The fact that it's so portable (folds up into a bag) is a huge benefit. It's quite large, but easy to assemble. I find it very comfortable and have napped on it several times this summer. It's attractive on the balcony and I'm so glad I bought it.Pro tip: Buy a cheap blow-up camping mat to put on this hammock - game changer!

Setup is a little tricky, a great product

A bit tricky to get the bed to latch on to the frame but once you figure it out, you’ll be saying to yourself "Duh!”Comfortable, sturdy and at 6’ tall I have no length issues.

Very sturdy and "assembly " is unbelievably easy.

This hammock is great and very comfortable. Feels very secure and stable even for larger/taller people. The assembly each time you go to use it really couldn't be any easier. It's in 2 pieces. The frame unfolds and then you stretch the top and hook into corners. So easy.

Fast shipping. Gathering quickly. Bag with wheels. The roof is retractable, but you can remove it to sunbathe, there is a net for things under it. Withstands my husband 250 lbs. I am very glad. It is easy to put up in a tent and on the beach. I recommend this to anyone who loves outdoor activities and in their yard.

Happy wife. Happy life

I got this for my wife. Her old hammock was a pain to set up and it didn’t have a canopy.This one does and it’s easy to set up, take down, and it’s very comfortable. Also the design makes it very stable.

Absolutely Terrible

If you want a piece of concrete with a slight curve , than this is it for you. Hammock does not swing , and it's also beyond uncomfortable even with pillows

Ring Does Not Reach.too short!

The rings would NOT reach to hooks even when it's folded first. I'm not the only one who has the same problem. Looks like the only way to solve this problem is to add additional rings. Did I get the wrong ones? Please let me know EXACTLY how to set up.
