The replacement control receiver for my TV was a big disappointment.According to my experience, it didn't work properly right out of the box. The range was terrible often only picking up a signal when I was standing right next to it. Even worse, it was difficult to set up and didn't improve my TV viewing experience as promised. I installed it on a nice clean surface, but by next morning it had fallen off. I had the cable supported by itself, so it wasn't from the weight of the cable but the antenna itself. And obviously, now that the glue is older and drier, it won't stay for more than an hour when stuck back. This jacket is warm and fits well. It has deep front pockets that snap and is a lovely purple color and has two inner pockets. One is the right size for a cell phone and the other can fit a wallet. It has a detachable hood and is water ressitant. The only thing I don't like about it is that the stitching came loose on the outer top of my shoulders. That's not much of a problem. I can resew it. The adhesive this comes with worked well but we also used some spirit gum (even though it says not to) after it wore out and it worked just fine. I wear size M or L tops because I don't like clingy or tight. This is perfect soft corduroy that goes from washer to dryer and no wrinkles or shrinking. I wear with a tank top underneath as a jacket in Florida or with a turtleneck for more warmth in CT.
