Useful way to manage reservations, reservations email

The most useful feature for me so far has been being able to see my reservations in real time at any given moment. This makes it much easier to keep track of them when I'm not actually physically present at their location. It's also very easy to send out emails with links back to your reservation page if necessary or just general information about what you're doing that day/weekend etc. Sometimes there are errors but they fix things pretty quickly (sometimes within minutes). We have had some problems getting our site up and running properly though - sometimes we need to wait several hours before we can make changes to our pages. There are other ways to do this without using Bigfoot but as an established hotel chain, having something like this is extremely helpful!
