It was just a flat box filled with very cheap tools. I threw them away. I didn't know what to do because I opened every package and tried to find out. I did not start the return. I just wanted to get my $160 for financing. So. I saw the question if there are instructions and the seller answered yes. There is. If you can go from step 1 to the completion of each style without doing anything in between, these are your instructions. I have great hairstyles but got lost with incomplete instructions. The bun clip is damaged. Poorly. It needs to be moved until it rotates just enough so that it doesn't pull out all the hairs, but doesn't fall out of them. The sliding part does not work. A billion ponytail holders are pulling and tearing their hair. After trying on a few pieces I actually found long what looks like dark hair in one of the packs. My box wasn't actually sealed (there was a clear broken sticker on each opening of the box - the first warning and I went ahead anyway). It was really gross.
