Review on TicketBiscuit by Justin Butler

This system is very user friendly - I had no problems getting up to speed with it at all! It has so many features that you can have an entire function running without ever having someone touch anything but their keyboard or mouse (which was great for our team!). The ability of being able run multiple functions in one place made things much easier than before when we were still using excel spreadsheets as well as other systems like zoho etc which didn't give us this feature yet!! There are some glitches here & there where certain items will freeze/stop working if not refreshed within 24 hours however these issues do seem rarer now since they fixed them last night after my issue occurred though maybe i am just lucky :) We love how easy everything comes together through ticketbiskit's online platform rather then creating files manually via emailing tickets back n forth between myself + different staff members who would.
