Review on Chefexact Buffet Professional by Brent Porter

Very user friendly interface which allows me to create my own customisable database with many different elements that can be used at restaurant level or even individual meals within each menu for an easy management of kitchen operations. The support team are very helpful when it comes down to any queries I have regarding their products; they will always pick up the phone if needed and get back straight away! It would help tremendously if there were more options available as some items may need changing (e.g. change from fresh mushrooms) but this isn't something you could easily do yourself unless using another software like Excel. Having an accurate meal costing system has been key since we launched our new website over two years ago allowing us full visibility into what's being cooked/served etc. We also use other applications such as MOOCHE for inventory tracking so having seamless integration between these systems was important too.
