Perfect Solution For Remote Working Clients
The best thing about this product it's how easy we are able customize our forms for each client! We can add custom questions or change existing ones as needed without having IT support do so (which would be costly).
There isn't anything I dislike at all - everything works great!! It has been very helpful with getting clients' data up-to date quickly since they don’t have access outside of work anymore due to Covid restrictions/etc., plus now their files will always stay current if there ever was any question whether something changed between visits etc.
Pros
- Great way that gives us an opportunity make sure things get updated properly, instead just relying solely upon what is submitted by patients themselves when submitting paperwork online before seeing them in person.
- Easy interface; doesn´ t take much time learning
