The customer service was great, really friendly team who understood our needs, they were always willing to help with any queries we had! Would highly recommend them for their services (it's so easy!) I would say it could be better if there are more options when you're creating your free trial account - but this isn't something which has ever been an issue while working through Freestand over 2 years now :) As mentioned above though-the support from staff at freesend have helped us understand what products work best online as well how much traffic each of my websites gets per week/month etc.- these stats can vary greatly between different industries & sites too :). Our website visits increase by around 40% since starting using FREE STAND!! They've also created additional landing pages such as 'thankyou' page after signing up or requesting information where people see all relevant details about FREESTAND before deciding whether / not go ahead & sign.
