Beta-alanine causes a slight tingling sensation, which may seem strange to people who aren't used to it. I have found that if I take supplements with this ingredient and then immediately start exercising, the tingling becomes less noticeable as I am already moving and bleeding. I wouldn't take it later in the day due to the caffeine content, but I took it in the middle of the day and was still able to fall asleep at night. I will continue to support Cira and have loved every product I have tried so far. The price for the quality is amazing and I feel good when I take it. My husband, who normally sticks to his own pre-workout supplements, loved the taste of Peach Bellini Pre-Game and took it several times.
