JBM helped us to build a system to meet our needs. They were very thorough and helped us to understand our needs and build a system that met those needs. They were very honest and upfront with us. The system was a bit buggy at first but they worked very hard to fix it. I would definitely recommend JBM to anyone looking for a software solution. We needed a system that would be able to handle our needs. We needed a way to keep track of medical expenses and manage the benefits we provide to our employees. We also needed to be able to create a way to file our claims and keep track of our claims. JBM has been able to do all that and more. I have worked with jbm before so I knew what was going into it. The project manager had a lot of experience too which made everything run smoothly. They were very helpful throughout the process. If there's anything that could be improved upon they would probably be customer service. There wasn't any problems or issues at all during this time. It went really well! We are now able to do a better job managing our insurance claims than we used to be doing.
