Setting the time/date is too difficult!

Oh my god I can't believe how complicated and confusing the instructions are to just set the date and time! I spent an hour setting the time! I bought two more watches, different brands, hoping I could program at least one damn thing. A Harvard grad would be amazed trying to understand how this thing works. I only got it because it had 10 years of battery life.
