A lot of people hate this perfect product. You must have reasonable expectations before purchasing. You don't get a $200 gaming laptop. Gaming laptops start at $1,200. Complaints about lag in high-resolution Android games should not apply to this product. Looking for a different product. You get a well-made, energy-saving tablet with over 13 hours of battery life. I bought it because I needed a lightweight PDF reader and didn't want to worry about running out of battery in the middle of the day. This applies ONCE (excluding the first charge to 100%). I can easily switch between reading PDFs and taking notes in Google Docs. And it has enough power to watch videos whether downloaded from YouTube or Netflix. Facebook and GMAIL also work well. And I play with it a bit too (just angry birds, nothing supernatural). By the way, the tablet has built-in video and PDF applications. They work great, but to improve the Android experience I recommend downloading "Xodo" for reading PDFs and "VLC" for watching videos.
