Short answer: I love it! The first is on my personal iPad mini and because I liked it so much I decided to buy the second for the iPad Air I use for work. So two thumbs up because Zagg was 2 out of 2. PROS: - The case covers the entire iPad, not just a clip or magnet that attaches to the edge like some cases - The case has a rubberized feel on the outside so I am no worries it will slip out of my hand when holding it. It holds the iPad securely, don't worry it will ever slip out, but I can take out the iPad to use it as a tablet with ease. When the case is closed, it puts my iPad to sleep. My iPad wakes up when I open the case. The keys feel pleasantly firm. You are not soft. They are very similar to my Apple desktop keyboard. The keyboard can be backlit. 3 different brightness levels and multiple colors like red, yellow, green, blue, pink, white or no backlight at all. The buttons aren't too small for my hands - I wear a large women's glove so I don't have petite little hands and it doesn't feel too tight - There's a HOME button in the top left corner that takes you to the home screen, without having to close all open windows - There are several keyboard shortcuts including but not limited to <copy> <paste> <volume control> - the keys are where you expect them to be. I have 2 others that have a question mark key and other keys in weird, unnatural places. - The case feels strong and durable enough to protect my iPad when I toss it in my work bag. - The latter should go without saying, but the cutouts are in the right places to allow proper access to the camera, buttons and connectors. CONS: - Can be a bit heavy at the top when fully open, but mine has never tipped over. The 1/4 setting balances it out without fear of tipping over. I type fast and type with 9 fingers. The <Delete> key is too big on most desktop keyboards, but it's not too big on this one, so sometimes I hit the key to the left of the delete key because I can't reach it far enough as I usually don't do must reach before her. my desktop keyboard. UNCERTAIN: - Haven't used it long enough to comment on how long the keyboard's battery lasts with regular use before needing to be recharged. To charge you just have to connect the mini USB plug that is included in the package. FINAL VERDICT: I really like how it works and how it feels. I would buy it again (in fact I've bought this brand twice for two different iPads and liked both) and would recommend this case to a friend in a heartbeat.
