I like this product. Quality: Good looking. wooden edges and gray shelves; The side panel is plastic - has a good texture/colour. Features: Firm, no noticeable wobbling. Casters (with brakes) roll smoothly on carpeted office floors. However, the keyboard tray has a noticeable downward slope to the right. The shelves are adjustable with an Allen key (included), the work table needs to remove the side panels and adjust the wing nut. I recommend setting the height the first time you assemble it and not adjusting it. Wing nuts only have a metal pressure fitting (my conclusion: wing nuts only have a metal push-in fitting (my suggestion: do not over adjust and do not over tighten as this pressure fitting may not last long). Assembly: instructions required to complete (all graphics). I have one Made mistakes - didn't realize the keyboard tray is narrower than the fixed trays - had to remove this adjustment and redo.I used semi-permanent threadlock fluid (not included) on many of the screws to prevent "reverse unscrewing" to prevent from moving and leaning on the table. The slide out keyboard tray requires two hands to pull out. So I applied some silicone spray (not included) to both metal sliders and now it's a solid hand. I think it does Good value for money and I would recommend it as well buy again.
