Fairly easy to install just takes a little effort to put in place but works great and frees up loads of space and had no problems with it either way. I load all my games so I don't use disc so not sure if it affects disc readability but love it!

As much as I love the detailed live reviews of the products I buy, this is one of those items that serves only one purpose, and it does it exactly as it's supposed to. Lightweight, easy to attach and keeps my Xbox One upright and stable. Excellent purchase.

There is a small bar next to one of the stands that needs to be there to keep the stand firmly in place once it is attached. My bar just doesn't allow me to fix it. Take a knife and cut the edge down (sort of) to allow the stand to snap into place. Cut a little and then test the fit until it snaps in nice and snug.

Like other reviewers, you have to shave off the protrusion to actually snap it into the Xbox. Also, my package came open from Amazon, which I'm not very happy about. This leads me to believe it is a return. Well it works, and there's nothing wrong with it except that it doesn't work until you change it.

When I first received the package I was nervous that it would be a cheap Chinese rip off that wouldn't work as the package was full of grammar and spelling mistakes . Much to my relief, the stand works exactly as advertised. It snaps in easily, is very strong and fits the console well. Don't be put off by poor English.

Although I don't like the brand or whatever, this product is useless, it's very short and the Xbox One X in particular can already stand freely on the side. I've had an Xbox One S before and the stand felt natural for such a small console, but the One X doesn't really need it and is still inherently cool. Although the company is very nice and responsive.

Doesn't work at all. I know the main review says you have to shave the stand off, but nobody wants the product to work out of the box and it doesn't. I also don't trust any Xbox stand conversion that costs that much money. I got one from FASTSNAIL instead it works great so far. Also, the only Microsoft branded stand is the POWERA brand, but it's very hard to find as it's sold out everywhere and was last seen at Revain for $100.

First, don't listen to other reviewers, you don't need to modify the stand with your tools. Because this stand is boxed it fits the Xbox One X, so don't mess with the little protruding bristles that other reviewers seem to have "modified" by clipping them off. This actually helps your console lock onto the stand. And yes, the stand can be unlocked. This product is exactly as described. It has the exact same finish as the Xbox One X itself and blends in perfectly with it. It doesn't have a large footprint, but once locked it feels very solid. Can definitely handle some of the bumps and bumps of the surface it sits on. However, as another reviewer noted, there is a small protrusion next to one of the two locking levers.
