It fits as expected based on the chart. Size by bust. On me this always leaves dresses too big at waist and hips but with the empire waist and the tie belt, it looks great not worth altering. There is a lot to like about this light base. It can be powered by batteries or electricity with the provided cord. It is controlled by touch. I just got it and I do like it. My only issue is that I bought it to be part of a display with two selenite lamps that have a warm white light. The white light on this base is very cool.
