The ease in which I was able to speak with my lawyer who understood exactly what i needed help understanding! He explained everything very thoroughly so that there were no questions left unanswered.

It's also easy for me now when we are not sure if something is allowed by law - he will explain it all out right away!! And they have great customer service as well too make things easier since this isn't always top priority at other companies. No complaints whatsoever here just wonderful support through email and phone calls whenever issues arise.
