The retail location of CUBACO offered a lavish self-care experience, but it fell short. The goods were at best mediocre, and the environment was cluttered and disorganized, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. CUBACO is inferior to their rivals in every way. Their goods were of poor quality, and the hair accessories were expensive and of poor quality. Additionally, the level of customer service was subpar, with a staff that lacked enthusiasm and was contemptuous of customers. Overall, my time at CUBACO left me unsatisfied. It fell short of even the most minimal requirements set by its rivals, failing to stick out in the beauty and personal care sector. I wouldn't advise anyone seeking for a high-end, opulent self-care experience to visit this store.
