I like that there is no elastic. When my head has been aching all day and I've showered and done my hair, the last thing I want is some kind of rubber band constricting my skull. But its capacity is not very big as it holds a lot of hair. I usually only use this on damp hair (and put a microfiber towel on my pillow) because it doesn't swell. It also doesn't dry hair well since silk doesn't absorb moisture. So if you don't have a lot of hair, it will contain those when it dries. Otherwise, they need to make a large area of the bag with the function of a tie for dry hair. But if you have wet hair and want to mess it up, this option is perfect.
