So I stocked up on groceries in case of a COVID pandemic. (NOT all at once just a little bit here and there for like 10 months lol I carried a lot and kept things just in case) BUT the shelf holds everything regardless of weight with no issues. He doesn't move or shake. Just remember to push down the shelves on each side and use a good fist or rubber material weight to push them down. DO NOT hit the corners, hit the center of each side left and right, then back and forth until you notice it doesn't move. You can customize this with as many or as few shelves as you like, and they face up instead of down (lips), so you shouldn't let items that fit the shelf slide down unless you agree that it goes through the back and leans forward or to the side.
