Too wet and very strong lavender

It arrived early, nice packaging but when I opened it smelled very strongly of lavender and the salt was like wet. I have a license I tried my foot in a pediatric bath which was a bit like a 3 ounce cup and the blue matrix was on my foot, it came off but it wasn't supposed to happen. I will no longer buy from this company
