I was so excited to get this Hydro Protector. I finally got the Hydro Flask as a Christmas present from my nephew. I waited to use it until my protector and pen arrived today. I read the instructions and tried to install the bushing. It wasn't an easy task. I'm not a woman who suffers from agility issues. However, I had such a struggle when the protector on my HR fell off trying to put it on. My new bottle is scratched and dented from the fall. To make matters worse, the sleeve tore. I thought I was getting a strong, solid product. Also, the case is one of the most expensive brands. I would not recommend this product to my friends, family or my worst enemy. Too expensive to rip it up on the day it was received and try to install it exactly as the instructions told me to.
