Watching this mattress grow for my kids has been very interesting. It was wrapped very tightly and ended up being the mattress my son's crib now loves! We let him sit for 48 hours and then put him to bed! It's very pretty and he's sleeping soundly on it now! It was a tight fit but I like it because then there is less risk of injury! It is very soft and hugs his body. He mentioned that since it was so tightly packed it might smell, but luckily I never noticed! I would advise buying a mattress topper as it cannot be washed from the outside. You can wash the cover but don't know how to wash the entire mattress? Offers great support and comfort and is also hypoallergenic! Great mattress!
