So far so good except my battery is dead

Looks like my battery is dead. Other people have mentioned it was very good, but mine only lasts a few hours. The machine itself works well and quickly. I'm not very savvy but haven't noticed any CPU hogging malware. I've played some PC games on it and it works fine although it gets warm.
