. I loved the idea of having USB outlets on my kitchen worktop. I chose this product based on the price for what you got (additional wall panels) and it had great reviews, albeit minimal. The product looks good and is easy to install, but nothing could be connected. It was almost impossible and the force I used damaged both the plug and socket. The only way I could get something in there was to pry it open with a screwdriver (apparently after a power outage). Other than that I was only able to connect something once and it worked when connected. I thought I might "break the seal" at this point, but all subsequent attempts to plug anything were unsuccessful. At that moment I was very upset, didn't check the functionality of the USB and threw it back in the box to send it back to Amazon. I may have received a bad batch or something, but I can't underestimate how difficult it was to get something hooked up. I used more than enough force which resulted in significant physical damage to the fork.
