I like that you can have multiple threads going at once, as well as keep track of replies from all parties involved! It's not always clear what is happening when there are so many people involved in a conversation. Sometimes it takes several clicks just to get back where we were before someone replied or left out an important piece of info. If your team uses Slack for internal communication this could be helpful if they're looking for something more robust than slack for their communications. We use it internally to help organize our conversations about projects.
