I'm going from relaxed to natural (4 months post relax) and this product is excellent. It interacts with both textures and detangles the hair. I'm not afraid to comb my hair for fear of breaking it. I recommend it. I used it with Avlon Keracare Hydrating Shampoo and Humector Conditioner. My hair feels light and easy to comb after just one use.
