This product is only suitable for CHILDREN! I repeat ONLY FOR CHILDREN. Because the colors of the beads don't match, very poorly done if you have 3 shades, a random single bead, GARBAGE (pieces of broken plastic and tools) or one bead will be 2mm and the other 4mm. Most parts are broken. Pliers do the dirty work (but can't do the job) and pliers oh my gosh will hurt your hand because THEY DON'T CUT ANYTHING! The instructions did NOT come as advertised and the eye/head pins are so difficult to operate with pliers. I know you pay for what you get but it should at least match the items, who don't even make a decent earring as the product delivered does not match the description. Very unhappy.
