$30 isn't worth it

The reason I bought the product was to test it. First of all, when I opened the package, there was a real portable power adapter in the box, and the power outlet was USB but not a plug. The second thing the instructions say to fill out to the maximum and include a very simple assembly. At the same time, the product doesn't blow very cold 🥶 it's like a fan spraying water everywhere. For $30 you can get a better fan
