This paper towel rail Towel rail looks great, but when installed under a cabinet, the rail pops out of the bracket too easily. I set it up with the crossbar hole facing the wall as suggested by other reviewers, but when we try to rip the towel off, especially when trying to do it quickly, the entire roll and crossbar have a tendency to come loose the installation. This has become quite an annoying problem for a lot of people over the past few months, so I'm going to replace it with something else. Such a shame as I love this style, it looks great in my kitchen and is very durable. I suspect it would be great for a wall mount, it's just that it's a bad angle to use under a cupboard. Since I have a backsplash tile that I will not be drilling it will need to be removed.
