Bought this item to hang a large Christmas wreath on a decorative glass door. I didn't want to use a door hanger as I was afraid it would scratch the wood part of the door. The plastic suction cup wreath holder easily keeps the large wreath in place the whole time, which takes about three weeks. I never had to touch it again until I removed the wreath. As mentioned, the wreath was large and had a battery hidden inside to light the wreath. Despite daily use of the front door, the holder held the wreath in place and would not let go. In addition, no residual ring was left on the decorative glass when removed. Fantastic product, very satisfied, highly recommended.
