I received the "oak" scent. Which doesn't smell like oak at all, which I know in the forest, in whole or in part. or in the yard. It's a clean scent, I wouldn't even call it woodsy or woodsy, but it's nice. However, the scent is very light. I actually like to keep fragrances minimal when using (mostly opting for fragrance-free products), but they're so minimal that they're barely audible in the dryer or on clothes freshly removed from the dryer - in the closet. It takes about a day before I don't feel anything at all. Softening is okay. I've only done a few loads with it, both cotton and synthetic, and I will use 3-4 sheets per load in the future. The low softening effect is actually slightly better/better for synthetic fabrics and just cuts off static electricity without loading it with wax. For the price I think it's very poor and I probably won't buy them again. If the scent were a little stronger and/or longer lasting, it would encourage me to squander it and enjoy it. I want this "Oak" to smell at least a little like its namesake.
