These food supplements will definitely help you fall asleep for those who have trouble falling asleep. I find it more stable than just sleeping pills with melatonin. I've been taking these supplements for almost a month now and this is also my first time trying 5-HTP. I'm not sure if it affected my mood but I chose to take them at night as they make me sleepy. I was very tense (as always) and haven't noticed any change in my irritability yet. As this is a lower dosage I may soon start on a higher dose. I can definitely recommend sleeping, it's worth it for this aspect alone. I hope I remember to update this post in a few months, I hope this review helps :)
