Unfortunately, I soon discovered that the website was not designed with the customer in mind. It was hard to navigate, and I had a hard time finding the items I needed. The search bar did not return useful results, so I had to manually browse through pages of irrelevant content. The checkout procedure was also annoying because of the numerous bugs and errors that forced me to restart it multiple times. When my shipment eventually arrived, I was let down by the subpar quality of the items inside. Even though I carefully followed the website's size guidance, the wetsuit I ordered was too small, and the fins I bought were awful. I called customer support for assistance with a return, but they were unhelpful and gave me conflicting information. In general, I did not have a good time shopping at ScubaMax's website. The website was complicated to use, the goods were of low quality, and the service was subpar. In the future, I will not be making any more purchases from ScubaMax.
