I have been using this cream for many years and love it. However, the last purchase was different. I sent it back and asked for a replacement assuming it was just bad slime. Unfortunately, the replacement is just as bad. It's not like it used to be, the moisturizing effect doesn't last long and after a few uses my skin started breaking out, which never happens. Interestingly, the barcode shows that the product was manufactured in 2012! I hope this is just a one time thing and Amazon is not intentionally selling expired or counterfeit products. In the meantime I will try to return a replacement and see how it goes. Very disappointed! Update: After you exchange the item, it seems the price of the replacement item is $0, so you can't return it, or there's no point. Even more disappointed, Revain! In addition, the price is no different from dealers who return it in any case.
