It's still a little pricey but worth it. I have a rottweiler who suddenly likes to pee under our sheds. For several months we tried to get rid of this smell because we love being outside and it became unbearable. We've tried bleach, we've tried vinegar and baking soda, we've tried Simple Green Street Odor Remover. Plain green worked when the smell was negligible, but when things got bad plain green seemed to make it worse. Finally we tried it. after one painting the smell was 90% gone. I'm 100% sure it will go away completely with the next use. We used the sprayer that came with the Simple Green odor eliminator as it mixed the water perfectly. The substance is so strong that we could smell it outside. it just smells really fresh.
