I am 63 years old. My hair is long and has never been dyed, just washed and worn. In recent years my hair has been breaking a lot, I think due to aging. I have tried many hair products to reduce hair breakage but to no avail. I was afraid that I would have to cut my hair short, no, no, no! As a last resort, I tried Olaplex #0, #3, #4, and #5 of the regiment. After using the conditioner, I wipe it off with a towel and add a few drops of argon oil (use a damp brush, definitely). The break has ended. My hair is soft, smooth and tangle free. I am so happy with the results. My hair is beautiful again.
