Okay first? Doesn't it come with a drawstring? yes no delay I bought and use round flat cotton makeup pads. Secondly? A little goes a long way if you don't want to look like a ghost! It's a white powder, not as clear as you'd like, so it'll brighten up your foundation. Not good if you're sunburned. Not clear enough for my taste. On the other hand, it's soft, smooth and gives a good matte finish, only lighter. Don't have a puff applicator? Doesn't this apply to me for a future purchase. But now? It will make a good winter powder.
