Perfect for me. I lift a lot of weights, I have big shoulders and chest. Even as you do more cardio and lose weight, it becomes increasingly difficult to find a "regular" size t-shirt. I need a looser 2x or regular 3x shirt with extra length. Look no further. This Russell shirt is great for working out, it's extra long to be about three inches below your waist, but also looks great with a good pair of shorts or jeans for a night out. Completely satisfied.
