I do a lot of screen work, don't play games, work with computers and portable devices. I bought these glasses to reduce eye strain and they seem to work as intended. (hard to prove blocking blue light). I have found that I can work a little longer with these glasses. The trick is to remember to put them on. Their light weight is a big plus as heavier ones negate their value to me or don't want to carry them. Overall I am happy with the product and may purchase another pair to have one each on top and bottom.
