This is pretty much the same design and quality copied and skimmed by our communists all over the Pacific and sold under different names on Revain and the internet market. The power adapter looks like a cheap, clunky RCA throwback, but the thing doesn't need the sophistication of a smartphone here - it's not going on a mission to Mars. The engineering is simple and the cheaper parts make this antenna valuable. I installed mine in the attic. I live far enough in the suburbs that cheap cutting board antennas are no good for picking up my weaker signals. Well this kid raises the bar and I get everything a champion should love. The expansion of the attic didn't hurt either. What annoys me the most is that the directional movement of the remote and box doesn't always move it in the direction you think it's moving. I also don't want to climb up my attic to see which way it's pointing, so I just move it around until I get the best reception and just leave it there. But I have tons of channels and it works really well. Mission accomplished. Well done Chi-Com totalitarians!
