Product appeared bigger and better online. After we received it, it wasn't difficult to use. The back is difficult to take off, but once you get used to it, it's gone. A very small one fits in a large bag or two small candies. Just not worth the money I paid 16.00. Maybe a good idea for an adult collector or someone with a sweet tooth. If a child is looking for a candy machine this is a start but it's certainly not a claw machine, we ended up just buying a claw machine, I should have had one from the start but was trying to save money by buying this one candy machine. Same quality as plastic gumball machines.
