
Okay, this isn't a scientific study, but when I take these 30-45 minutes before an aerobic workout, I seem to lose more fat over time than without . So I keep taking them. A combination of both plus cycling 7 miles 3 times a week uphill and downhill helped me lose 14 pounds in 3 months. It didn't help my wife much, but then again, neither did she. Aerobic workouts by simply doing them before gardening/stall work. Note that if you look online, fumarate seems to be better than tartrate in general and acetyl-1 is not for weight loss.
