I went through dozens of pillows before finally finding bamboo style pillows. I bought one for about $100 which was worth every penny. If like me you sleep on a slide I strongly recommend looking for a good quality bamboo pillow as this is NOT the right one. First, this pillow is too fluffy. Aside from using it for reading (which I used it for), I can't imagine using it for sleeping. Second, there is no way to see or change the "fill". On my last pillow you could see how clean the foam was and add or subtract as much as you wanted. Finally, it has a funny smell. It's been a while and I still smell the chemicals when I put my head on it. Overall I think it deserves two stars compared to my expensive pillow, but I've added another star because it's half the price. And as a reading pillow, it works very well. For anything else I just wouldn't recommend it.
