Don't take this scooter! Get a Lean and Glide Scooter from a radio flyer or call 502A (same thing). We already had the tilt and slide for my oldest daughter and my two year old loved using it too. I bought this thinking it would be better suited for a two year old. This scooter was actually taller (than the lowest tilt and slide level - this one isn't even adjustable!), harder for her to balance (it's so wide, if you stand on its side it becomes unstable) and MUCH harder to turn. Not to mention that this one requires assembly, while the tilt and slide doesn't. take another one
