My fiancee has an elbow injury, the ulna is partially dislocated due to inflammation of the synovial joint. After using this product for a month, he states that his overall pain associated with this injury has decreased dramatically and his range of motion in that arm is slowly improving. per month (not a big deal since it took me 5 minutes to manually sew it back together). However, be aware that he wears it all the time, so he probably puts more stress on it than the average user. Great padding in the middle. The straps are very adjustable. Easy to clean (hand wash/air dry). In general, I highly recommend it!
