This stand was so amazingly easy to assemble. The assembly took about 15 minutes. It just comes together without tools. And the wheels or legs are simply screwed on. I love how it looks with black plastic lace on the sides and metal shelves. It even has some built-in handles on the front for moving around. It doesn't look cheap and fits well in any room. It comes with wheels or stays in place on legs. It's our choice. I chose wheels as I use them to collect items to tidy the dining room. It can hold many things as it is very strong and stable. I am so happy with the quality and style. Even loaded with all my crazy stuff it can still look so pretty. It can look great in any room, kitchen, dining room, etc.
