If you don't like shirts because you love everyday weight lifting, you will love this shirt. It stretches around the shoulders and arms but doesn't look like wearing gym clothes in public. There is an awkward square leather patch (visible in the pictures) that comes off easily as it was just sewn on. This shirt gets 4 stars because it has no seams at the hem, which is a shame because it fits great.
