First off, it's important to note that I bought this for office work (like writing papers) and not for gaming. Connected easily with the supplied Hdmi cable and switched on immediately. Good bright screen, seems well made. I haven't played around with the settings yet, but I don't have much motivation to do so as everything looks fine out of the box. My first thought was that the curve doesn't matter much. Then I went back to the flat screen a few days later and was surprised at the difference. In the future I will only buy curved monitors. Can't comment on durability yet as I've only had it for a week. The lack of speakers isn't a problem for me as I usually use a set of external speakers. Hard to beat for this price range.
